This 140 ft x 74 ft x 38 ft - (42.7m x 22.6m x 11.5m) used steel framed building, originally located at Bowmer & Kirkland's head office, was sold to a waste transfer centre in Morecombe. The two overhead cranes were sold seperately to a crane company in Rotherham.
